Shipping & Delivery :

Suzuki latex does its best to process and ship all orders within two (2) business days of receiving an online order. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping is free for all orders of $200 or more within the lower 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply on orders to Alaska and Hawaii orders. Payment terms :

Net 30 terms are subject to credit approval. Please either fax/email your bank information plus 4 trade references. Please allow 2 weeks for approval.

Return Policy :

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Suzuki Latex will only accept items that have previously been approved for return. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For warranty returns, please call 1.800.371.4659 to acquire a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a documented RA number. Upon receipt of returned product, our customer service will inspect the product and call the customer with the available warranty options.

Damages :

If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, do not return the package immediately, but contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
